Last 9th of May, 2017, the National Construction Confederation (CNC) joined together its general secretaries for the third Focus Group of the Co.Tutor project, with the aim of asking them their vision about the needs of the SMEs to carry out training and apprenticeship processes for students of Dual System Training and Professional Certificates.
For the participants in the meeting, the aspect which has been most clearly identified as a barrier to go on the improvement of participation of SMEs in these programmes is the lack of resources.
In this line, and together with Fundación Laboral de la Construcción (FLC), there was a discussion about the aspects that could help promote this line of action in the SMEs, as well as the role of the ‘in-company’ tutor.
